Spotted Munia
This bird is found throughout the whole of India. 10 cm at the same size as sparrows Such length is light brown in color. Male females look the same. It is found in Sindhudurg district. These birds form the nest while pairing. The period of breeding is July to October. During this period the female gives 4 to 6 eggs. Both the male and the female both lay eggs. The danger was noticed that with special whistles, alerting the mates to the party. These birds of Himachal Pradesh are found in large numbers.

संपूर्ण भारतभर हा पक्षी आढळतो. चिमणीसारखा दिसणारा आकाराने १० सेमी. इतक्या लांबीचा फिक्कट तपकिरी रंगाचा असतो. नर मादी दिसायला सारखेच असतात. सिंधुदुर्ग जिल्ह्यात पाहायला मिळतो. हे पक्षी थव्याने राहून जोडी जोडीने घरटे बांधतात. यांच्या प्रजनन करण्याचा कालखंड जुलै ते ऑक्टोबर असा आहे. या काळात मादी ४ ते ६ अंडी देते. नर व मादी दोघेही अंडी उबवतात. धोका जाणवला कि विशिष्ट्य शीळ घालून सोबतीचा पक्षांना सावध करतात. हिमाचल प्रदेशात हे पक्षी मोठ्या प्रमाणात आढळतात.
